Where is the Power Steering Fluid suppose to go I can't find the spot and is it easy to access.what is the best way to do this?

tough to get to. it is on the passenger side back of motr and down below the heater hoses. need a long funnell to fill Roy
Look at your manual. It is near the firewall and is difficult to see. Get a strong flashlight and and long funnel to do the job. This one is best done by the shop.
