How do you remove the back seat so you can get to the battery?

To remove the back seat from your 2000 Buick Le Sabre simply grasp the lower edge of the seat bottom near the center of the foot well on one side or the other and pull up sharply on the seat bottom, it should release on that side. Now move to the other side and do the same thing.
pull straight up on the front of both sides under the bottom of the seat.
