why is my security light on and how to shut it off.

security light stays on and engine check light stays on. I change oil, filter, lube every 3000 miles. car has 111,000 miles original miles. recently I replaced front hubs, rotors, brake pads. car runs smooth, and has been well maintained since purchase.
