What is your question?
Does a 98 LeSabre have a fuel pump cut off switch. Advance auto says they sell them for 98 Buick LeSabre, but online also says 98 Buick don't have don't have them. If they do, where is it located?
What makes this problem better or worse?
I don't think it could be it, as uim was replaced, then it wouldn't start, but started before uim replacement. Have some fuel at schrader valve, and has spark. Cranks no start
How long has your 1998 Buick LeSabre had this problem?
A few days

Hi, this is Bo, an auto expert on RepairPal's Car Genius team! The 1998 Buick LeSabre does not have a fuel pump inertia (cut-off) switch like you’ll find in some Fords. Advance Auto might sell a generic one, but your LeSabre wasn’t built with it so don’t waste time looking behind the trunk liners or under seats. If you have fuel at the Schrader valve and spark after a UIM (upper intake manifold) replacement but it just won’t start, double-check all electrical connectors, vacuum hoses, and make sure nothing is pinched or unplugged from the UIM job.
