Car starts runs then shuts off

What is your question?

Direct 12v power to relay e we I’ll make it click. The same for the fuel pump. It will come on but only with direct power. The issues that have gone on with car at same time as fuel are thermostat stuck closed, now corrected now. Oil was in bad shape and changed. Coil packs had issues now corrected. New plenum installed. Used steering column installed.

Hello, it sounds as if many repairs have been attempted or completed -- testing should start from scratch. Have you checked for fuel delivery to the engine? Ignition spark? Air intake?
