what is it when the oil pressure drops when you come to a stop.

What is your question?

when i come to a stop the oil pressure light comes on the the oil level is proper on the oil stick. After oil change it was great for about 20 min.then check engine light came back on and pressure light goes off & on.

Sounds like oil pressure could drop below spec at idle speed. May have faulty sender. Remove sender and attach gauge and check oil pressure.

Will need engine size to attempt this and you will need the oil pressure gauge to test or at least oil sender tool to remove and replace sender if decide to go that way.
