How can I get my doorlock reprogramed

What is your question?

I went to Suss Buick and was told that the door lock would cost $58.00. After one hour they came and told be that it would not reprogram and it would cost me $98.00 to find out why.My doors unlock when the car it started and put into gear so I drive around with unlock doors.

at the dealer. the diag is right in line. the lock assembly is good too. you need it flashed now to make it work. that will be additional. Roy
