they are usely on the passenger side under your dash behind glovebox or on the side under the dash against the firewall

The fuel pump circuit has a 20 Amp fuse (number 6) protecting the circuit, there is a fuel pump relay. The fuel pump relay gets triggered by the fuel injection computer to turn it on.
