Ok when i turn my heat on it only blowes cold air when the heat temp be on 90.. Butt the heating control panel says 125 ext f°

My heater jus blowes out cold air and the inside temp says 125 f° but it's only cold air blowing out.... And also it will not defrost my back window and front windshield keeps condensation why is that.... I jus had a new motor put in but my heat was working fine b4 then
