Bypass hose connects to what ?

This is a very common problem with 3.8 engines. It's just a hose nipple that threads into the intake manifold. GM made it out of plastic and they all break. You can get a new metal one at any parts store or GM dealer. You need to get the old plastic out of the intake which can sometimes be tricky.
