What is your question?
a/c fan stays on after the car is turned off. air comes through the windshield vents and the vents on the floor even when there are no keys in the ignition.

thats funny the same thing happened to my 90 lesabre i couldn't figer it out someone told me it was a fuse cant thing of the right name well i started pullin the computer fuses on the pasenger side underneath u might have to take some screws out i had to idk if its the same on ur 95 well i pulled them and put them bak in it should reset it but not sure it worked for me good luck
