Do I have a bad turn signal switch?

What is your question?

On my car I have brake lights and turn signals but no running lights. Headlights work fine. Do I need to replace the headlight switch or turn signal switch?

Have you tried to just replace the bulbs and test for power at the harnesses. The bulbs may just have burnt out.
