What is your question?
I was driving to work one day and when I turned off my car, the blower went to high and stayed on. I had to unplug the fan to turn it off. On hot days I would plug it in again so I could get cold air. One day, it wouldn't turn on. I tried the controls on the inside, and it worked. About 2 months down the road I was driving and out of no where the same problem happened again. I turned off the A/C and it went to Defog (feet and windows) on high. I unplugged it and never went back. Fall was coming. Well, now I need heat so I plugged it back in. Nothing happened. Tried the controls, same result. I tested the blower motor and it is fine. I have electronic climate control. So, it is either the module, or the HVAC programmer. All connections seem to be fine, I just need to figure out which one it is. I hope it is the module. I have never had to replace an HVAC programmer before nor heard of one dying, even when I was in autos school.

The automatic a/c in your 1993 Buick LeSabre uses a "blower control module" which is mounted on the top side of the heater box under the hood. If you follow the wires you disconnected at the blower motor you will find it at the other end. The relay in this module was most likely stuck on and has now failed completely. Chances are replacing this part will correct your problem. Some may call this part a blower motor resistor.
Thank you. I checked out the wiring diagram (God bless the library) and I narrowed it down. I will let you know if it works. Next is fixing a transmission leak (it looks like it is everywhere, but it is from a hose in a clamped area, so that is an easy fix).
