Yes, but more likely, a bad wiring connector plugged into the light switch. Remove the signal switch and headlight switch and check the wiring connectors carefully for signs of burnt terminals or melted hard shells.

ok will do i tried to remove the dash pad to get into the dash cluster but i cant move it . the switch cost is around $25 I will try that first
