How do I disable start/stop system in 2018 Buick Lacrosse?

There has to be a user friendly way to turn off or disable the annoying start/stop system with out interfering with other systems on the 2019 Buick Lacrosse. Do I have to use the remote system to start the car to turn the start/stop function. I have notice there are many highly aggravated Buick owners. This along with having to pull my keys out of my pocket open the trunk, and the opening the console storage compart opens are just three of the irritating things that will cause me to not buy another Buick of any kind. We didn't pay $43,000 for irritations.
