Just bought a 2016 Lacrosse (33600 miles) drove great then at after about 500 miles the transmission starting "jumping and pausing when decreasing at about 13 miles an hour and then when increasing at about 10 miles an hour. The certified merchanics tell me nothing is wrong, this is "normal that the transmission is learning me and my driving"
My question(s) are they filling me with BS?
- how did it know it had a new owner?
-how long will it take it to "learn me"? have now driven another 800 miles with this jumpy transmission-
very disappointed I purchased another Buick because of the smooth ride in my past one.
