Why does my 07 buick lacrosse keep Stalling and no acceleration

What is your question?

I replaced the plugs 2 coil packs icm then cleaned out catalytic converter changed o2 sensors and mass airflow but still don't have power to accelerate and occasionally stalls still.. oh and idles rough. Kinda sounds like a miss sometimes and wires all look good same with injectors
