Would replacing the tie rod ends(outer)ikely need to be replaced at 80000 miles?

they should have found it before the alignment, not after. 80k is about right for these items as they do take a lot of abuse and are non greaseable. Roy

topically you get an alignment after you do the tie rods not before cause re doing them will mess up you alignment again
