Ticking when the car is on lights flashing when car is on

This is what you stated in your original question>>*I have a loud ticking on my 2005 Buick Lacrosse I had (accidentally) went in the relay box and miss with the fuse now I'm getting a really ticking noise* Now,when you "accidentally" went into the fuse box,did you maybe have a screwdriver or small pair of needle nose pliers and accidentally touch something in the fuse box and short it to ground,or try and pull a fuse out holding both sides of the fuse,or prying up on it with a screwdriver?
