Hello, I am not aware of any "recall center". I would advise you to seek assistance at your local General Motors / Buick dealership, who should be able to evaluate your issue and assist if the concern is related. A word of caution though: A "recall" does not indicate that a problem you are experiencing will absolutely be resolved when recall repairs are completed.
