windshield wipers not working all the time. Is this happening to anyone?

What is your question?

Wipers do not turn on all the time, especially the first 1/2 hr. When I use the wipers it turns on the headlights, another time the back wipers turned on.

What makes this problem better or worse?

it's does not work when it is cold. 15 min. to a 1/2 hr. after I turn the car off and then turn it back on it might work.

How long has your 2017 Buick Encore had this problem?
