What is your question?
My Buick encore after fueling I have to pump the gas pedal or it will stall. It tries to stall at red lights or stop signs. Going uphill it feels like it's shuddering or skipping in the engine. The car has 158k on it. The dealership I bought this at replaced the air filter and all circuit board stuff related to the air system.

Hi! This is Bo with Car Genius at RepairPal! These kinds of symptoms like stalling after fueling, shuddering uphill, and potential engine skipping, are possibly one issue or the combination of several issues. Common culprits might include clogged fuel injectors, a faulty fuel pump, dirty throttle body, or worn spark plugs. Given the recent air system work, it's possible there's a vacuum leak or a sensor issue affecting fuel delivery. If there's a check engine light on when these symptoms occur it would be a good idea to get the code checked as a first step. It could be that there are even codes pending that haven't triggered the dreaded check engine light. One last thought is if you're filling your tank up until the pump reads evenly instead of letting it shut itself off it could be filling the evaporative emissions canister up causing the immediate shut off after fueling. That doesn't necessarily explain the hesitation uphill though. If you have any other questions feel free to call us at 877-913-1554! We'll be happy to find you a certified shop in your area!
