Replaces the thermostat, thermostat housing, the inlet hose , and resivor on my 2015 Buick Encore try to crank but starter clicks but no crank. Is the starter bad? Or is there a sensor bad? Battery full charge what could the issue be

There is no correlation between these cooling system repairs and the engine cranking.
