Coolant fan has stopped working even though fuses, relays, and sensor is good

Fan was staying running after I killed the engine for two days, caused my battery to die. Now fan has stopped coming on at all even though fuses and relays are good, and sensor has been replaced. Fan will only come in when hooked directly to the battery.
