Rear door windows not going up.

What is your question?

We recently got this car from a used car lot and the car seems to be in good condition overall. The front door windows both work perfectly fine but both rear door windows have the same issue. They cannot be rolled up by using the rear door window buttons but they can be rolled down. They do however both respond normally to the drivers side door window buttons.

How long has your 2013 Buick Enclave had this problem?
