Start with checking your battery. The battery being completely dead or too low in charge to lend electrical power to any component is the most likely initial cause of your concern. If you find the battery is low in charge, you will need to first restore it to a full charge, or replace it with a known good battery. Then, you will need to perform testing to find out why the battery was discharged. There could be a numbe rof reasons -- a thorough inspection of your charging system is in order. If the battery happens to be fully charged and good, you somehow could have a main fuse that has been blown from a power surge like a faulty jump start. Hands on inspection will be needed to check things - starting with the battery.
