How do i fix a fuel relay

If you can't find it, how can you be certain that it is even a problem? It's in the most obvious place it could be: inside the engine compartment fuse box on the passenger side of the engine compartment. I can't say enough that proper testing should be performed before throwing any parts at a car in an attempt to resolve some concern. You can actually make things worse by guessing wrong.
