Hi, I'm one of the auto experts on RepairPal's Car Genius team! Thanks for reaching out, and it sounds like you've already put some work into this! On your 2011 Buick Enclave a crank no start condition after replacing the throttle body, crankshaft sensor, and battery points us toward a few remaining possibilities worth considering. When a throttle body is replaced on this generation Enclave it often requires a relearn procedure to be performed, and if that wasn't completed properly it can prevent the engine from starting. A camshaft position sensor is another common culprit on this engine that works alongside the crankshaft sensor, and if it's faulty the engine may crank but not fire. It's also worth checking for any stored trouble codes and verifying that the vehicle has proper fuel pressure, as a failing fuel pump or fuel pump relay can cause exactly this kind of extended no start condition. Given that multiple parts have already been replaced without resolving the issue I’d strongly recommend having a qualified shop do a proper diagnosis before replacing anything else, as the right diagnostic approach will save both time and money.
