What is your question?
Car was running hot only when going over 70 then noticed the fans weren't working. Shortly after, ac quit blowing cold. Checked fuses and relays, all were good but replaced anyway. If I bypass the relays, fans will come on, but low speed fan was finicky. Checked power from fan connector and had power. But when I checked power from the other wires that run away from the fan, only 2 of the 4 had power. Replaced temperature coolant sensor as well.
How long has your 2009 Buick Enclave had this problem?

Hello, are you speaking of the fan for the climate control inside the vehicle, or the engine cooling fans? Assuming you mean engine cooling fans, you'll want to perform diagnostic testing that relates to the engine processor commanding the cooling fans to turn on, either high or low speed depending on what is needed. If the command is there, but the fan doesn't engage as needed, then you'll need to dig in further into the fan system to find out what's going on. You seem to have some competence doing some troubleshooting, but they key missing here is a workshop manual and wiring diagram, along with a diagnostic tool that is essential in figuring out what's going on.
