Bad circuit board ,change the circuit board or have it checked out...

Its on the wiper motor ,it could be switch to though ,u kinda have to check it.

The park module may have some wire connections that are cracked. It is a common problem and if you know how to use a soldering iron, one you can maybe cure yourself.
