What is your question?
This problem has happened several times over about 1 1/2 years. I drive the car, then when I come out from a store it won't start even though I had no problem driving to the original destination. Once jumped, the car starts right up. This scenario happened yesterday. Now, this morning the battery was fully charged, but this afternoon it was at zero. I've also noticed that when the battery seems to go down and I try to start the car, the brake pedal cannot be pushed down. Oh, and the charger now says the battery is bad, but this is a pretty new battery. Note, I had this same issue before this current battery, the problem just seems to have gotten worse. Yesterday, it stopped at a store, but after a jump, no problem. However, this morning the car would start, but not in the afternoon.
What makes this problem better or worse?
I haven't been able to associate it with anything else. Usually I had driving it before it would not start. Yesterday it stopped at a store.
How long has your 2004 Buick Century had this problem?
It's happened four times now over about 1 1/2 year. Today it started in the morning, but not in the afternoon.
