Can the spakplugs be changed while the car is on the ground?

Thanks for the info. I thought that they could be changed from top side. Mechanics prices have ranged from $140 -$180 to do the job. Flat rate of 2.3 hrs. because the rear plugs are only accessable while on a lift... so Ive been told. Definitely will watch out for the O2 sensor... thank again.

i have a tool that installs in the upper strut mount that wil roll the motor over enough to get the back plugs easily. by the way, the labor is 1.2 hours, not 2.5. Roy

As Roy said its esier if you can roll the engine forward. You have to be a contortionist to get at the plugs. Its just harder and may take more time to get at them without doing so but can still be done.
