BCM programming 2002 Buick Century

Well the Chevrolet place called and left me a voicemail saying that it is the BCM and it's going to cost 573 damn dollars.!!!! I am pissed and a lot of people told me that Buick Century of that year had that problem so that's why I thought it might be recalled..,.actually praying it was recalled so I wouldn't have to pay for it to get fixed. Because it still has problems like the lights being on the trac off light and check engine light seat belt light all that crap and also I can't see the odometer because of there's no light to light it up for the odometer and park reverse neutral and drive
