gas hand and ac fuse keepsblowing

Not sure about whether all concerns are related; circuit testing is in order for the ac fuse and odometer light. The fuel gauge - when the gauge is solid "full" it means there is excessive resistance in that circuit. The more resistence, the more "full" it reads. I suspect an open circuit between the sending unit and the gauge, if the sending unit tests good.
