Looking to buy a 02 century, oil looks good, transmission fluid not red but a little tanish but not milky, radiator fluid tan and a little milky what would cause this ?

Hello, coolant in a 2002 Buick should be orange, I believe - "Dex Cool". As such, it could very well be that nothing is wrong, but perhaps it needs changed at this point. I'd change your transmission fluid also.
