What is your question?
The Buick steering wheel shakes when I brake. Only when I brake. Replaced left side rotor because of hot spots. Viberation almost stopped but not completely. So I replace the right side rotor . Replaced brakes at the same time. Car has 100,000 miles on it. Checked the tie rod ends and half shafts for play. Everything looks and feels good. Replaced rear brakes as well. No noises or leaks. Car is as new. Runs perfect and shifts perfectly. No noise or sounds when turning or stopping. No noise or sounds when I apply the brakes. It just has this gentle vibration in the wheel. Replaced the right side Hub bearing also.

It's still related to those brake rotors. Brake rotors are the only thing that will cause vibration only when braking. Even "new" rotors can have a runout concern off the shelf, depending on their quality and how they've been stored over the years since manufacturing. Suggest finding a shop with an on-car brake lathe that can machine the rotors finely to remove the vibration. www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
