a/c blows real cold on passenger side. but not as cold on drivers side

It could possibly be the actuator motor on the air box under the dash in the center of vehicle. it sets on top of the accumulator box. they go out a lot on GM's but 1999 it could be a diaphram is leaking or broken.. look for broken neopreen vacuum hoses under the dash and hood.
