What is your question?
The car started up again, should we run the car down the road again or is there a big issue going on with it? It just shut off when there was enough oil and water in the tanks and it didn’t steam or act like it was going to overheat, just shut off.
How long has your 1997 Buick Century had this problem?

Hello, did the warning lights come on and then the stalling occurred, for did the stalling occur and then the warning lights came on? If an oil pressure warning came on - you can't check that via oil level check. I don't know what light you're seeing and what it pertains to. If you've checked oil level and coolant level and all is well, and it's not a low oil pressure indicator, then I would say the stalling is likely not related to those areas but to something else. Either way, diagnostic testing is needed. If the warning lights persist, and any are "red" in color, I would not drive the vehicle until testing further. If the lights are on while driving and are yellow or orange, I would say drive cautiously and check as soon as possible to prevent damage to critical components. https://repairpal.com/auto-repair-near-me
