What is your question?
My vehicle is California emissions and after hours of research . I saw that I had to buy a California exhaust system to fit my car which I have from rockauto. Now I see that the cat converter has no port hole for my already there air sensor plug to install into. My old cat converter had a port hole just past the cat.heading towards the muffler. I can't understand what's going on. ? Either I have the wrong cat or my exhaust system was modified ?? I don't know and can't tell? Thank you kindly tony

Hello, That got a little fuzzy there, but I can just tell you, there should be a hole between engine and cat, and between cat and muffler. If the new exhaust has no holes, then it is likely made for multiple vehicles that use that shape, and you will need to mark your spot, drill, and weld on a flange. A muffler shop would not charge an arm and a leg for this.
