If all the brake hardware is out of the way and you still cannot get the rotors off of your 1995 Buick Century then perhaps there is some rust that is holding them on. Carefully striking the center of the rotor between the wheel studs with a hammer will often break the rust loose. Once you have the rotors off be sure to clean any rust or dirt from the hub flange so that the new rotors will mount flat on the hub. If the rotors do not mount correctly on the hub a brake pedal pulsation issue will develop fairly quickly after your new breaks are installed.
Remove the calipher assembly from the Rotor. This necessitates using an air wrench with a 15 mm impact socket I thnk. With the bolts off you can use a large pry bar to remove the assembly from the disk. Once off, hand the calipher using a coat hanger's wire from the shock strut spring. You may have use some of that special brake spray they sell to clean the rotor and the disk. Then take aobut 1 ounceout of the master cylinder's reservoir and piston back into the callipher using a large 8" c-type clamp that has a screw bolt arrangement on it. This can also be done on the outside of the calipher prior to removal to see if you can move it . Get the Haynes Manual it has all the illustrations and narative that you'll need.
