Fuel mixture is rich, engine doesn't get to operating temperature.

What is your question?

Replaced head gasket, leaking fuel injectors, fuel regulator, fuel filter, coolant sensor, and the thermostat. Car is 1994 Buick century 2.2L. Also, the temperature gauge is pegged to the hot side. Thank you for any help. Many hours are invested in this frustrating problem.

What makes this problem better or worse?

Pvc hose removed helped.
