Window defogger and door locks went out after fuel injector short circuit. How to repair?

What is your question?

One fuel injector pigtail was accidentally grounded, then window defogger suddenly stopped working and door locks gradually went out. WDO (relay?) is constantly hot and battery is quickly drained when relay remains plugged in. Panel lights are dim and sometimes off depending on dimmer switch position. Glove box fuses are still good.

What makes this problem better or worse?
