The OBD meter connection only has 4 pins. Where does BMW dealerships connect to diagnose?

The OBD connection on the right of the shifter only has 4 pins. Positive, two grounds and engine. The DCS, ABS and Air bag info is not available.....Is there another OBD port or does the ECU need removed or something?? Thanks.
