Drivers side (left) parking lights not working on front and back of car

What is your question?

I Replaced all bulbs on the front and back and also checked all fuses and they are good. Right side parking lights work fine. Also, all turn signals and brake lights are working as well. Twisting the on/off light switch knob did not have any impact either, thinking perhaps it was a European thing having parking lights on only one side of the vehicle. Not sure what to check next.
