I have a 2008 BMW X5 3.0 and when I insert the key fob all functions of the idrive controller work to perfection but once I start the engine the radio stops playing, no Nav, No CD, the idrive controller no longer functions. Screen is still working but cant toggle from menu to menu. I've checked to key fob battery, reset idrive system, disconnected battery in trunk and reconnected. Once I stop the engine all functions work again and radio, cd, nav work again properly.
