What is your question?
I have 2009 BMW X5 gas. I am getting extremely hot air thru vents into the car while A/C is on. Also getting cold air. Mechanic thinks the heater valve is malfunctioning. I live in the tropics. I have no need for hot air. Can the heater valve be removed? Will it affect the A/C or any other part of the car? Can the heater valve be easily disabled without having to remove it¿

Removal of factory installed components is just a bad overall idea. You could certainly cause additional unexpected concerns by trying to 'retrofit' the vehicle. This could cost more than the original repair in the first place. Further -- are you certain this is the failure? https://repairpal.com/repair-shops/bmw-repair-and-service-in-miami-florida
