My x5 clicking after driving for 2days and this is frequent issue after reprogrm

Pls help me out, it is getting to one year now i purchase my x5 but since then it has been from one problem to the other,now the car is just clicking and i have taken it to dealer where the ews,ecu and key was programed twice but the problem still persist. After programming i can only drive it for 2 day before the problem reoccur,in the process i v bought new ECU and EWS for programed but the same result of clicking after 2days.

What is the dealer saying is causing the clicking sound? What are they reprogramming the computer for?Is it a door lock solenoid or where is the clicking heard from?
