BMW e53 brakes will lock up after 10 minutes idling without touching brake

Has anyone had an issue with brakes locking up on BMW e53 X5 while just idling for 10 minutes not touching brake pedal? It happens exactly the same time when driving same route too, but only recently did I discover it happens when not moving, so that eliminates many potential components, which I had already replaced. Master cylinder, brake booster, vacuum valve, pressure sensor switch, ABS module, wheel sensor, what else is left which can cause the rare problem given no on else has had same issue who has posted answer.
What makes this problem better or worse?
