What is your question?
I checked the fuse, replaced the relay, checked the pump and everything checks ok, If I turn the ignition to on position the pump turns on for a couple seconds only, the pump will not stay on. I have a 2000 bow x5 4.4i the rear air suspension is all the way down, I checked the fuse and its ok, I checked the pump by bypassing the wires and it's ok the pump works fine. When I turn the key to the on position, the pumps turn on, but only for a couple seconds then it turns off, I checked and replaced the relay and still does the same thing. The pump only turns on for one second, has someone had the same problem before?? Please help

This could be a level sensor issue. The car may think it's at the right level. Look at each level sensor and make sure the arms aren't broken or bent. Alex
If you have not resolved your suspension issue, I went through same issue, had to take it to a shop because of blown heater hose, when I picked it up, rear suspension was all the way down like yours. Mystery is, what did they do to cause this, could not get an answer. Went through all the typical issues to check, fuses, two in right rear panel, one under dash box panel, there is relays to check as well, one located next to pump which may be your problem. Dirty relay contact may be issue as this would produce your short cycle issue in my experience. You may want to isolate problem by seeing if any change happens if you jack up rear a little to see if pump does not come on at all or still cycles on and off quickly. You may have a bad sensor or just dirty connection, common problem, you should also remove them and clean connections and lubricate link ends with disc brake pin lube. If you found your problem and solved it, please post, too many ask but never answer on these forums.
Hello and thank for your comment or advice. I did checked everything you told me, the switches, connections, relays, fuse I jack up the vehicle and it did the same, I even change the bags thinking they were torn, but it wasn't the problem. I decided to inflate the bags by bypassing the relay, the pump work but the bags never inflated, so I disconnect one of the air hoses (the blue one) I add dish soap to the end then I turned the pump on, and my big surprise, no air coming out of the pump, the pump is damage. So I was thinking id doing the spring conversion because the pump is too expensive, however I found a pump repair kit on eBay for like about 46 bucks, and I am waiting for the parts to arrive, after I do the pump rebuild I will post to see how everything came out.
Hello Alex! And thanks for your answer, I checked the switches and they both look ok, not bent or broken, and again if I open the door for the first time the pump activates but only for a second or two, or if i move the ignition switch to on, the pump activets 1 second only. Is there anything else that prevents the pump to activate? Some safey switch? That you may know? Thank you
