Cause of P0171 and p0172 code in bank 1

What is your question?

Recently bought a 2014 bmw x3 28i that is throwing the p0171 and p0172 in bank 1. Has a lack of power and noticeable exhaust residue. Have checked air filter and is new. We can’t seem to kind a clear answer online where to start looking for the problem. The car isn’t throwing any other codes.
